• To establish a safe haven for victims of violent crimes to include homicides.

• To provide personal, medical, career, and advancement resources to families and victims of violent crimes.

• To provide investigative services for families of cold cases and missing persons cases.

• To empower and reorient the victims of violent crimes through victim advocacy.

• To provide services to victims and survivors of violent crimes through our Crisis Hotline.

• To help victims obtain funding for emergencies through VOCA.
